Booking Conditions:
We require a 30% deposit at time of booking. Payment of the balance is due 6-8 weeks before arrival date. Credit card bookings taken online need to be paid in full on booking and a surcharge is added.
In the event of cancellation your booking deposit is non-refundable should we be unable to re-let.
